For dental practices

The front desk that answers when nobody can.

When a patient texts after hours, or while your team is on the phone, it asks what they need and when, and puts the request in front of your team to confirm.

It asks. It doesn't book. Nothing lands in your calendar without a person saying yes.

Three steps, and your team keeps the last word

01

A patient texts the clinic

At 10 p.m., on a Sunday, or while every line is busy. The enquiry gets an answer instead of going cold.

02

It asks what they need and when

From your real list of services, dentists and hours. Fees are shown as estimates, because coverage changes what a patient pays.

03

Your team confirms

The request lands with the front desk. A person says yes, suggests another time or calls back. The patient gets a reminder 24 hours ahead.

What your front desk receives

This is an example of the note your team gets, written for a demo clinic. The patient never waits for a reply, and your team starts the morning with the request already written.

Questions

Does it put appointments in my calendar?

No. It leaves a request, and a person on your team confirms it or offers another time. That is on purpose.

How do patients reach it?

By text message, on a number set up for your clinic. It can also run on WhatsApp. We choose what fits your patients on the call.

What does it know about my practice?

Your services, dentists, hours and address, which we load from your list before it goes live. Fees appear as estimates.

Can patients stop the messages?

Yes. Replying STOP stops them, and CANCEL drops a request.

Who builds it?

John Santana, a designer in Bogotá who runs Criterio, a one-person studio. Bogotá keeps the same clock as New York in winter and as Chicago in summer.

Twenty minutes to see if it fits your practice.
